Speed and athleticism are KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) in any functional environment – often defining who succeeds and who doesn’t.
Seventy One Fifty Performance delivers coaching at the intersection of shooting performance and athletic development. Our services include professional shooting instruction, speed and agility training for athletes, and comprehensive strength & conditioning programs to build resilient, explosive and capable performers.
We are a small training company located in Southwestern Finland, which was originally founded to develop athletic capability within professional firearms users , working with law enforcement personnel, active reservists and competitive shooters. Our focus is on enhancing both shooting performance and athletic capability and efficient movement under demanding conditions.
Our coaches bring a solid background in both high-level competitive sports and professional firearms use, combining real-world operational experience with elite athletic development.
Sprint – Lift – Shoot serves as our guiding principle of training.
Although we primarily focus on adult clients, through our coaches involvement in children’s sports, a strong passion has also grown for developing athletic performance in children and youth athletes. Supporting the next generation in building speed, agility, coordination, strength and healthy confidence has become and will be huge part of our mission in the future.

Human Performance and athletic movement training for shooters. The goal is to close the gap between shooters and athletes. Organized in cooperation with Black Box Training Center.
